What is refurbished:
Refurbished means the bike has successfully passed our 30-point inspection and has gone through any necessary repairs to return the bike to ‘good as new’ condition. See more here.
How do I get my bike:
We have workshop locations at the addresses stated above (see here). You can pick up and test ride your e-bike from here but as our stock is constantly moving you will need to confirm with the local workshop manager that your bike is in store before coming in.
