FAQ

WHAT IS REFURBISHED?

Refurbished means the bike has successfully passed our 30-point inspection and has gone through any necessary repairs to return the bike to ‘good as new’ condition.

HOW DOES FINANCING WORK?

We offer Pay-in-4 financing with Klarna, AfterPay, and ShopPay. Just choose one of those at check out and upon approval, your payment will be split into 4 payments. Your first payment is due at purchase. You can pick up your bike after your purchase and continue with your 3 remaining payments, due every 2 weeks.

HOW DO I GET MY BIKE?

Our bikes are available to pick up for free from our stores, usually within 24 hours.
